We are seeking a highly motivated finance professional to join our Finance Operations team as a LATAM Finance Operations Supervisor , supporting manufacturing operations across Latin America. Main Responsibilities
Cost Accounting & Financial Control
- Lead costing and inventory accounting activities across Latin America manufacturing operations.
- Ensure accurate product costing, inventory valuation, standard cost calculations, and annual cost roll processes.
- Analyze manufacturing and inventory variances, including:
- Material usage variances
- Purchase Price Variances (PPV)
- Labor variances
- Production efficiency variances
- Inventory revaluation impacts
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities related to costing and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies and internal control requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Cost Accounting, Manufacturing Finance, Inventory Accounting, FP&A;, or related finance functions.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience leading projects, processes, or teams.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience working with ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
