The General Onboarding Program Manager is responsible for designing, leading, and continuously improving the end-to-end onboarding experience for new team members globally. Global Onboarding Strategy & Program Management
Develop and execute the global onboarding strategy aligned with business objectives and employee experience goals.
Lead the design, governance, and continuous improvement of global onboarding programs and standards.
Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, IT, Facilities, Security, Payroll, and business leaders to ensure seamless onboarding delivery.
Utilize employee feedback, survey insights,



and operational data to enhance onboarding effectiveness and employee outcomes.
Experience delivering complex programs to a large business, preferably regional.
Experience in team management
Strong influencer, collaborator, and communicator.
Good project management and process development skills.
Good budget management and accounting skills.
Strong knowledge of talent management practices regionally.
