We are looking for a Head of Academy to lead the Academy operation at SHA Mexico, ensuring the consistent and timely execution of the property's training and development priorities.



This role will locally implement SHA's corporate Learning & Development and Culture strategy, methodologies, and standards, adapting them to the needs of the business. The Head of Academy will ensure that Talent members have the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Create, implement, and update the annual Academy Plan, aligned with SHA Mexico's priorities and the corporate strategy.
Identify and prioritise training needs in partnership with departmental leaders and managers.
Implement corporate Learning & Development and Culture programmes, adapting them to the needs of SHA Mexico.
Design and coordinate learning journeys by department and role, across classroom, virtual, and experiential learning formats.
Manage and continuously improve the local onboarding programme, coordinating content, agendas, facilitators, supporting evidence, and follow-up.
