As an Associate Director, Value Realization Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring strategic transformation initiatives deliver measurable and sustainable business value. Partnering with business leaders, Finance, Transformation teams, and Delivery organizations, you will translate strategic ambitions into quantifiable outcomes, establish value measurement frameworks, and provide transparency on benefit realization across complex transformation programs.
You will help shape a culture focused on measurable impact, evidence-based decision making, and continuous value creation across the organization.
About The Role
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business and transformation leaders to develop robust value cases aligned with strategic objectives.
- Define and maintain benefit baselines, assumptions, KPIs, ownership, dependencies, and realization roadmaps.
- Monitor and report forecasted, committed, delivered, validated, and sustained business value across programs.
- Identify value leakage, benefit slippage, risks, and opportunities, recommending corrective actions when needed.
- Support governance and stage-gate reviews with data-driven insights and transparent benefit tracking.
- Collaborate with Finance and business stakeholders to validate realized benefits and ensure sustainability of outcomes.
- Develop and enhance value realization methodologies, templates, governance standards, and measurement frameworks.
- Deliver decision-oriented insights that connect portfolio performance, operational improvements, adoption metrics, and strategic outcomes.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, Finance, Business, Engineering,
or related field) preferred.
- 7+ years of relevant experience
- Significant experience in value realization, business transformation, portfolio management, strategy execution, finance, consulting, or operational excellence.
- Strong analytical skills with experience developing business cases, financial models, and benefit measurement frameworks.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and challenge assumptions through data-driven insights.
- Experience working across complex, matrixed organizations and managing multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and executive presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to connect operational, financial, customer, and adoption metrics into clear business recommendations.
- Fluency in English required.
- Pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience preferred.
