Schedule: Monday to Friday

Total Integrated Monthly Salary: $26,200.00 MXN (integrated by base salary + punctuality & attendance bonuses + food vouchers + savings fund)

Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field.
- Language: Advanced English is required (fluent ability to conduct technical discussions with international clients and teams).
- Experience: 1 to 2 years in technical design or product development (experience in the packaging industry is a plus).
- Software: Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, CATIA, or AutoCAD); knowledge of Siemens NX is adecuado / highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and development of industrial packaging and containment solutions.
- Interpretation of technical drawings, specifications, and tolerances.
- Creation of renders, prototypes, and technical datasheets.
- Technical communication in English with clients and international subsidiaries.
- Collaboration with production and quality teams to ensure design feasibility.
