A leading company in the manufacturing industry is seeking a Learning and Development Analyst to contribute to the development and implementation of employee training and development initiatives.Responsible for coordinate the planning and implementation of the annual training plan, aligned with business and organizational development needs; ensure compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, customer, and internal company requirements related to training and employee development.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelopment and management of the Annual Training Plan, aligned with business and organizational needs.Management and maintenance of employee training records and documentation, including attendance, certificates, assessments, and competency records.Identification, coordination, and follow-up of training needs (DNC) to support employee and organizational development.Ensuring compliance with applicable training, competency, and regulatory requirements,



as well as internal company standards.Coordination and support of internal and external audits related to employee training and competency.Development and implementation of training strategies and initiatives to strengthen employee capabilities.Coordination and monitoring of internal and external training programs, ensuring effective execution and follow-up.Supervision and coordination of assigned personnel, ensuring proper execution of activities and objectives.Support in general Human Resources activities and initiatives, according to business and organizational needs.Qualifications and Experience RequiredBachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related field.Legal compliance with training requirements.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Strong organizational, implementation and planning skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Leadership and team management abilities.Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.Knowledge of ISO 14001 and Health, Safety & Environmental standards.Understanding of IATF 16949 and automotive quality management systems.What We OfferCompetitive compensation and benefits package.Opportunity to work in a dynamic, international environment.High level of autonomy and strategic impact within the organization.Professional growth and leadership development opportunities.If you are interested, we invite you to apply.
