About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join a growing engineering team focused on building mission-critical eDiscovery solutions used by legal professionals across the globe.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software applications while owning features from concept through production. You will leverage modern AI-assisted development tools alongside best engineering practices to deliver high-quality, reliable solutions.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain software features using .NET/C# and PostgreSQL.
- Build scalable, high-performance systems that support critical legal technology workflows.
- Write and maintain automated tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues across the technology stack.
- Participate in architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and code reviews.
- Utilize AI-powered development tools for coding, testing, debugging, and code review while ensuring accuracy and accountability for delivered solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices, including the responsible use of AI in software development.
- Collaborate with distributed teams across multiple time zones to deliver business-critical solutions.





Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of professional software development experience using .NET/C#.
- Strong experience working with PostgreSQL, including database design, optimization, and query performance tuning.
- Proven experience building, deploying, and supporting scalable software systems.
- Strong commitment to automated testing and software quality.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving issues in production environments.
- Daily hands-on experience with AI-assisted software development tools and the ability to validate and take ownership of generated outputs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote and globally distributed team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with SaaS platforms or enterprise software products.
- Familiarity with cloud-based architectures and modern development practices.
- Previous experience within legal technology, eDiscovery, compliance, or data management solutions is a plus.
- Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to technical leadership initiatives.
