We're looking for a hands-on Delivery Manager to own end-to-end testing delivery for a Temenos Transact banking program, while acting as the primary client-facing coordinator for the account. This role will also flex into Program Manager responsibilities for Integration services as engagement needs evolve.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate Business/UAT testing cycles with client stakeholders
- Own defect management — triage, prioritization, and resolution tracking through closure
- Provide test leadership across a distributed team, working closely with offshore delivery and onsite client teams
- Act as primary client coordinator for testing workstreams
- Double up as Program Manager for Integration services, as needed
Must-Have Qualifications
- Hands-on experience managing Temenos Transact Testing (minimum 1 full engagement)
- Bilingual: English & Spanish — fluent in Read, Write, and Speak
- Proven experience working across offshore delivery teams and direct client interaction
- Demonstrated Test Leadership on a banking/financial services program
