You will mentor engineers, collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, and drive initiatives from design through production readiness. The adecuado candidate has a Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical background, 9+ years in design or product engineering, strong CAD, FEA/CFD, DOE and Six Sigma experience, plus bilingual English/Spanish.
