We are seeking an experienced Application Manager to lead the support, delivery, and modernization of critical banking and payment applications. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the stability, security, and continuous improvement of core banking platforms while partnering with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and international colleagues across the US and Japan. Lead the support, administration, and enhancement of core banking and payment applications.

Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Oversee application development, testing, deployment, and production support activities. Serve as the primary technology contact for Operations and business stakeholders.

Support audit, compliance, security,



and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with integral teams to deliver strategic technology initiatives. Previous people management experience. ~ Strong knowledge of payment platforms and ecosystems, including SPEI, SPID, and SWIFT. ~ Background in software development (.NET or similar technologies). ~ Knowledge of middleware, application integration, and enterprise architecture. ~ Strong project management and vendor management experience. ~ Advanced English communication skills. ~ Japanese language skills are a plus.
