We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to own, grow, and strategically develop key enterprise technology accounts.
This is not a traditional sales-only or retail Key Account Manager position . The idóneo candidate combines strong account management and business development capabilities with solid project delivery knowledge , acting as the bridge between the client, Sales, Project Management, Delivery, and technical teams.
You will be responsible for strengthening executive relationships, identifying opportunities within existing accounts, expanding revenue, supporting delivery governance, and managing client expectations and escalations throughout the engagement lifecycle.
Own and develop strategic enterprise client relationships from both a commercial and delivery perspective .




Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and C-level executives.
Drive account mining , identifying new projects, expansion opportunities, upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing clients.
Manage account pipeline, opportunities, forecasts, account plans, and reporting using Salesforce CRM .
Work closely with Sales, Presales, Project Managers, Delivery Managers, Product, Engineering, and technical teams.
Understand project scope, SOWs, commitments, milestones, dependencies, risks, budgets, resources, and delivery timelines.
Support and challenge project teams when delivery issues could affect client commitments.
Understand and manage fixed-bid engagements , including scope boundaries and change-control processes.
Identify when a client request is outside the agreed scope and coordinate the appropriate impact analysis, change request, approval, pricing, and timeline adjustments.
