Job Summary:

Reporting to the Program Management Managerthe Program Managerrole involves play a key role in orchestrating large-scale programs, ensuring delivery excellence, and enabling business growth through structured project governance and execution discipline.

What a typical day looks like:
- Lead end-to-end execution of multiple concurrent projects/programs:
- Translate strategic business objectives into actionable project plans:
- Drive program governance, milestones, KPIs, and risk management:
- Partner with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and Commercial teams:
- Ensure alignment across stakeholders and manage competing priorities
- Facilitate executive-level reporting and decision-making:
- Manage scope, timeline, budget,



and resource allocation:
- Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies:
- Lead project reviews, gate approvals, and launch readiness activities:
- Implement program management best practices and standardization:
- Drive process improvements and lessons learned across projects

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
- Advanced english
- Experience in program administration/ management or related area.
- Microsoft project
- Demonstrates advanced operations, technical and people and/or process skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills.
- Demonstrates knowledge of multiple functional technologies/ processes, industries or functions and understanding of interdependencies of such processes at the site.
