Role Description As an OSS architect at Incedo, you will be responsible for designing and implementing IT systems to support the operations and business processes.

Technical Skills

- A deep understanding of OSS/BSS systems and their integration, as well as experience with network technologies, such as telecommunications, data, and cloud.

Architecture Skills

- Strong skills in solution architecture, including the ability to design and implement complex OSS/BSS systems.

Business Acumen





- A good understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements.

Communication Skills

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams.

Project Management Skills

- Strong project management skills, including the ability to lead and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.

Vendor Management Skills

- Experience in managing vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts and ensuring that vendor commitments are met.

Problem Solving Skills

- Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify and resolve technical and business-related issues.

Educational Qualifications

- A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or business.

Relevant Experience

- Relevant experience in OSS/BSS systems design and implementation, including experience in a solution architecture role.

- Telecom OSS Architecture.

- Familiarity with the software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

- Must have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

- Must understand the company's long-term vision and align with it.

- Should be able to identify problems, generate effective solutions, and troubleshoot issues that may arise while working on complex projects.

- Must display adaptability to changing circumstances, new technology, and shifting priorities.

Nice-to-have skillsQualificationsQualifications

- 7-9 years of work experience in a relevant field.
- B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech or MCA degree from a reputed university. A computer science background is preferred.
