We’re hiring a cold caller based in Mexico who can get a busy business owner’s attention, hold a real conversation, and turn interest into a qualified sales appointment.

Your job is to understand what the business needs, introduce the relevant offer, and book a call with our sales team.

In this role, you will:

- Make outbound cold calls to business owners and decision-makers.
- Deliver a clear, conversational pitch and adapt it to the person you’re speaking with.
- Ask qualifying questions about their business, current marketing, and goals.
- Handle objections such as “I’m busy,” “We already have someone,” and “Send me some information.”
- Book qualified appointments and make sure prospects understand the purpose of the call.
- Follow up with interested prospects and confirm appointments to improve attendance.
- Keep accurate call notes, outcomes, and follow-up tasks in our CRM.
- Work toward agreed targets for calling activity,

We’re looking for someone who:
- Is currently based in Mexico and available during U.S. business hours.
- Has experience cold calling or setting appointments with U.S. prospects, preferably business owners.
- Speaks clear, fluent English and can communicate naturally over the phone.
- Knows how to listen, ask useful questions, and keep a conversation moving.
- Can handle rejection, stay consistent, and apply feedback.
- Is comfortable using a dialer, CRM, and online calendar.
- Has reliable internet, a computer, a quality headset, and a quiet workspace.

Experience selling marketing services, websites, SEO, software, or lead generation is a plus. Familiarity with GoHighLevel is also helpful.
