Boyd Thermal by Eaton is looking for an accomplished and forward-thinking Operations Manager to lead our manufacturing operations and support the continued growth of our Coolant Distribution Unit (CDU) business . As demand for advanced thermal management solutions continues to grow, our CDU technology plays an important role in enabling the next generation of high-performance data centers, AI infrastructure, and advanced computing applications . This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who wants to make an impact at the intersection of people, manufacturing, and cutting-edge thermal technology.

YOUR IMPACT As Operations Manager, you will: Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations supporting CDU and thermal management products . Drive performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity . Lead and develop high-performing production teams in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Drive Lean

Manufacturing, continuous improvement, capacity optimization, and operational excellence . Partner closely with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and HR to support business growth. Establish and monitor operational KPIs, identify opportunities, and drive sustainable improvements.

Support production ramp-ups, process improvements,



and manufacturing scalability as the CDU business continues to expand . Build a culture centered on safety, accountability, teamwork, innovation, and customer focus . WHAT YOU BRING ~ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field. ~5+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience . ~ Proven success leading production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. ~ Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies . ~ Strong business acumen and the ability to translate operational challenges into measurable results. ~ Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. ~ English/Spanish bilingual preferred.
