Responsibilities
Member of an HRIS team responsible for defining, configuring, testing, analyzing, and supporting the UKG (Kronos) Dimensions application
Partner with multiple Business Units to recommend standard processes, ensuring the maximum value of our UKG Dimension investment is achieved
Provide strategic expertise to deliver efficient and compliant solutions
Possess advanced-level knowledge of the UKG Dimensions or legacy Kronos Workforce Central system, specifically as it relates to the Manufacturing Industry
Expertise in one or more modules including Timekeeping, Accruals, Attendance, Analytics and Attestation
Perform special projects relating to a UKG release, configuration change or efficiency improvement
Ensure policies and procedures are being implemented by performing weekly audits
Responsible for all punch device configuration and functionality
Supports continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes
Identify and resolve the root cause of day-to-day production issues
Develop/modify/update training materials and programs to keep them current and relevant
Implement and deliver UKG Dimensions solutions to support Merger & Acquisitions
Developing strategies for effective data analysis and reporting
Qualifications
Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in configuration, design, and support of the application
Quickly and easily adapts to change and shifting priorities
Detail oriented, exhibiting good interpersonal, problem solving and analytical skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to efficiently analyze and convey information
Demonstrable track record in supporting projects and/or project teams
Ability to work independently with minimum guidance
