Location: Guadalupe, Monterrey Metropolitan Area, Reciente León, Mexico

Vetta Mexico is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Inside Sales Specialist to support our business with Walmart, home improvement stores, and other retail customers.

This role connects our customers with our internal sales, production, and logistics teams, helping ensure accurate order processing, timely deliveries, and responsive customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the day-to-day management of Walmart, home improvement, and other retail accounts.
- Manage customer purchase orders, track order status, and coordinate internally to meet customer requirements and delivery schedules.
- Work closely with production teams to confirm product availability, production timelines, and order readiness.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to arrange shipments, monitor deliveries, and resolve transportation or delivery issues.
- Use Walmart Retail Link and other customer portals to maintain information, monitor customer requirements, and support order and account activities.
- Prepare and maintain customer-required documentation, including order confirmations, shipping information, and delivery records.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, inventory availability, shipments, and service issues.
- Assist with returns, claims,



shortages, deductions, and chargebacks by coordinating with the appropriate internal teams.
- Support the sales team with account follow-up, customer reporting, and administrative activities.
- Maintain accurate records and proactively communicate potential delays or issues to customers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Experience in inside sales, sales support, customer service, or retail account coordination.
- Experience supporting Walmart, home improvement retailers, or other major retail accounts is strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of Walmart Retail Link and customer portals is highly desirable.
- Understanding of purchase order processing, production coordination, shipping, and retail delivery requirements.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications; experience with ERP systems is a plus.

- Professional proficiency in Spanish and English for communication with customers and internal teams.
