Remote - Mexico Permanent, Full-Time

PAY RATE: 30,000 MXN - 40,000 MXN / month

Insight General is seeking a Payroll Client Manager to join a leading payroll and workforce management organization. This individual will act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring payroll services are delivered accurately, on time, and in accordance with client expectations.

This is not a hands-on payroll processing role. Instead, you'll oversee payroll operations, coordinate with Payroll Analysts and Specialists, manage client relationships, resolve escalations, and ensure service delivery excellence across multiple accounts.

Required Skills and Experiences

- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
- MUST BE LOCATED IN MEXICO and eligible to work remotely on a permanent basis
- 2-3+ years of experience managing high-volume and complex payroll environments
- Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll operations, including year-end processing, taxation, benefits, and payroll legislation
- Experience managing client accounts and serving as the primary point of contact for payroll services
- Proven client-facing experience with service delivery ownership,



client communication, and escalation management
- Previous leadership experience as a Payroll Supervisor, Team Lead, Manager, or similar role
- Experience mentoring, coaching, or overseeing Payroll Specialists and Payroll Analysts
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage difficult or escalated client situations
- Experience working with SLAs, quality control measures, operational metrics, and reporting
- Ability to investigate and resolve payroll-related issues, including integration, system, and process errors
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, employees, and internal stakeholders
- Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
