The Process Technician provides technical support to engineers to achieve improvements in processes, in aspects such as: cycle times, performance, unit cost, quality and safety in accordance with operational and production processes.

General

Responsibilities - Creates process documentation including work instructions visual aids and route sheets for samples.

- Assists on advanced quality planning documentation as needed
- Assists in the qualification of new production equipment.
- Prepares reports using metrics obtained from monitoring using raw data, trends, and other reports
- Supports with the analysis of deviations of instruments and control systems to identify and resolve problems.
- Assists in improvement projects.
- Participates on product analysis on defective material to find root cause of the problem.

Experience / Qualifications - Relevant work experience or knowledge of the role





- Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
- Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
- Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
