- Plan, coordinate, and execute manufacturing projects from the development phase through implementation, ensuring compliance with deadlines and budgets.
- Monitor and report on project progress, adjusting strategies as necessary to mitigate risks and ensure on-time delivery.
- Serve as the primary liaison with the client to understand their needs and technical requirements, translating those needs into specific actions for the manufacturing team.
- Maintain fluid communication with the client, providing regular updates and managing expectations regarding project progress.
- Collaborate with the engineering, quality, production, and supply chain teams to ensure correct project execution and alignment of objectives.
- Ensure all teams have the necessary resources and are aligned with project objectives and deadlines.
- Ensure projects comply with established quality and safety standards, as well as applicable regulations (ISO, safety standards, etc.).
- Coordinate project quality audits and reviews,



implementing improvements as needed.
- Conduct periodic project performance evaluations, identifying areas for improvement and applying continuous improvement practices.
- Document key lessons learned from each project and propose process adjustments to optimize future projects.

Required experience

- At least 5 years of experience in project management or similar roles in the manufacturing industry.

Required education

- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field. (Master's degree in project management preferred) Skills / Knowledge - Advanced knowledge of project management, methodologies, etc.
- Familiarity with metal manufacturing processes and quality and safety requirements in the industry.
- English 80% - Software relevant to the position - Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
