Deep understanding of the electronics market dynamics.

Proven experience in inventory optimization and working capital management.

Experience managing cross-regional, remote teams.

~ BA/BS degree

~ End to end Supply Chain Process experience

~5+ years of supply chain leadership experience in EMS / electronics manufacturing.

Develops and executes tailored supply chain solutions aligned with service, cost, and risk priorities.

Represents the Supply Chain organization with professionalism and accountability.

Serves as the primary escalation point for customer supply chain issues.

Planning & Inventory Control

Drive sustained improvement in on-time delivery (OTD) performance across assigned programs .

Collaborate with demand planning to align customer forecasts and improve overall accuracy

Optimize inventory levels and working capital by implementing best-practice inventory management

Oversee long-term capacity planning and material allocation alignment

Ensure and oversee robust launch plans for NPI and intersite product transfers

Supply Chain Management

Partner with strategic sourcing and procurement teams to identify cost-reduction opportunities and mitigate supply risks

Leads the materials repricing cycle with the customer

Negotiates supplier terms that improve cost and value.

Works with suppliers, customers and sites to minimize excess and obsolete exposure and liability

Deploy Supply Chain Models to optimize inventory costs such as VMI, JIT, consignment Cross-Functional Leadership & Process Improvement

Align Sales, Operations, and Procurement teams to deliver customer commitments.

Lead and mentor the sites' materials teams to meet the strategic plan for the customers
