- bachelor of science degree in structural engineering (ms preferred).

- minimum 5 years of structural design analysis with aluminum and steel structures.

- must be a self-starter, with demonstrated autonomy, able to handle unexpected events and take advantage of opportunities to achieve results to meet and exceed expectations

- must perform as a versátil team member and be a proficient leader and developer of technical people

- must be able to communicate with employees at all levels in the organization

- excellent verbal and written communications

- root cause analysis

- working knowledge of finite element analysis and related software

- proficient in excel, word and powerpoint autocad, autodesk inventor or solidworks

- proficient with structural design analysis programs; risa-3d, sap2000, staad…etc.

- high knowledge of us building codes and design manuals.

- generates autocad details based on conceptual sketches or needs to develop custom design to meet the needs of the customers.

- assumes additional related responsibilities and duties as assigned by management
