the metrology engineer ensures the conformity of our machined parts by performing geometrical inspection and testing operations in accordance with customer drawings.

responsibilities

- measure the parts to validate characteristic according drawing requirements
- ensure update and liability database of tools, equipment, machines and tooling subject to periodical verifications
- ensure periodic on-site calibration checks, following up the entire process
- organize and supervise the use, handling and storage of the tools and equipment
- report to dysfunction and escalation to metrology coordinator.
- metrology support to other departments
- in charge of improvement projects either as responsible or support if required.

requirements

- bachelor's degree
- advanced english
- +5 years of experience
- confident with excel
- confident with metrology equipment
- meticulous, rigorous, motivated, organized and have a good teamwork attitude
