key responsibilities

- plan, organize, and control manufacturing operations to ensure efficient production and timely delivery of products.
- lead, mentor, and develop production supervisors and staff to achieve performance targets and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- ensure that all products meet quality standards and customer specifications by enforcing quality control procedures and collaborating with the quality department.
- identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity, reduce waste,



and optimize resource utilization.
- prepare and present regular reports on production performance, challenges, and improvement initiatives to senior management.
- work closely with departments such as engineering, supply chain, maintenance, and quality to align production goals with company objectives.
