qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations and people leadership.
- experience in high-volume manufacturing environments.
- strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
- experience working with quality and manufacturing systems.
- strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
