We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to architect, build, and lead the development of features for one of our flagship Commercial Real Estate (CRE) products.
This product is built on a modern tech stack that includes React with Vite, TanStack Query for data fetching, Python, Django, and the Django REST Framework.
In this role, you will be leading the design and implementation of complex full stack features, mentoring junior and mid-level engineers, driving architectural decisions, and establishing technical standards.
You will take ownership of significant product capabilities, address critical technical debt, and ensure code quality through comprehensive automated testing strategies.
You will also play a key role in evaluating and integrating emerging technologies, including AI capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and implementation of complex features across the full stackMentor and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level developersDrive architectural decisions and establish technical standards for both front end and back end systemsCollaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical requirements and feasibilityLead technical discussions and contribute to strategic planningDesign and implement scalable, maintainable front end architectures using React, Vite,



and TanStack QueryArchitect robust back end APIs and services using Python and Django REST FrameworkLead the integration of AI capabilities and establish best practices for using AI tools like Claude to enhance team productivityDesign and implement agentic AI features and intelligent automation within applicationsEstablish and enforce coding standards, patterns, and project structure guidelinesLead refactoring initiatives to improve system architecture and reduce technical debtChampion security best practices and implement defensive coding principles across the teamDesign comprehensive testing strategies and write sophisticated unit and integration tests for both front end and back end componentsConduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback on full stack implementationsLead troubleshooting efforts for complex issues across the entire technology stackOwn deployment procedures and create runbooks for full stack releasesCreate and maintain technical documentation and architectural decision records for both front end and back end systemsParticipate in on‐call rotation and lead incident response when neededRequired QualificationsExperience & EducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field, or equivalent work experience6+ years of professional experience as a full stack developer with demonstrated progression in technical leadershipExpert‐level proficiency with React and modern front end tooling, including Vite and state management solutionsDeep experience with data fetching libraries like TanStack Query and performance optimization techniquesStrong expertise in Python and web frameworks, particularly Django and Django REST FrameworkProven experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs at scaleDemonstrated experience leveraging AI tools and assistants (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.)
