## Job SummaryFlex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, which we're calling SpinCo, until the name is unveiled.
The spin is planned for Q******.
If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a **Material Planning Analyst** located in **Guadalajara North, Campus.
**Reporting to the **Materials Manager,** this role will be responsible for maintaining materials/purchasing data, supply data and information to other production departments, coordinate contracts, maintain Certificates of Conformance for all suppliers and maintain outsources parts schedules.
**What a typical day looks like:*** Opening of WOs according to revisions and ECOS implemented.
* Generate Shortage Report.
* Review shortage report with buyers and present a summary to the client.
* Demand analysis and upload.
* Analyze, request,



and record approvals for MOQ and PPV excesses (PFAs – expediting fees).
* Control of Do Not Buy list.
* Analyze and apply Engineering Changes.
* Attend and participate in CFT meetings.
* Generate Excess and Obsolete Report and follow up.
* Update Production Plan – Capacity projection.
**The experience we're looking to add to our team:*** BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
* MPS experience or similar position.
* Stron experience in Materials Planning.
* English advance (spoken and written).
* Knowlodge in Kinaxis Fast Reponse.
* CTB and procurement knowledge.
* Experience with MS Office.
* Customer service experience.
