POSITION SUMMARY
The MDM (Master Data Management) Operational Lead is responsible for managing and directing the day‐to‐‐day activities of the MDM Operational Analysts and MDM Materials Management Analysts across a regional portfolio of four manufacturing plants.
This role ensures consistency in execution, adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and alignment of revision changeover processes across all assigned sites.
The Lead drives cross‐functional coordination between Operations, Planning, Purchasing, Manufacturing Engineering, and the MDM CCO (Commercialization Change Order) Team to minimize operational disruptions and optimize inventory utilisation during revision transitions.
He/she is accountable for team performance, process standardization, escalation management, and continuous improvement across the regional CCO operations footprint.

This role ensures consistency in execution, adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and alignment of revision changeover processes across all assigned sites.

Responsibilities
Directly manage and develop a team of 8 analysts across multiple manufacturing plants
Ensure all revision changeover processes are executed consistently and within defined SLAs across all assigned plants
Standardize workflows, templates, and reporting across the regional team to drive operational excellence
Monitor and manage workload distribution across analysts to ensure balanced coverage and timely execution
Serve as the escalation point for complex or high‐risk revision changeover issues that cannot be resolved at the analyst level
Coordinate cross‐plant dependencies and communicate regional impacts to senior leadership and cross‐functional stakeholders
Analyst trends in changeover disruptions, scrap, rework, and inventory costs to drive data‐informed decision‐making
Support the development and refinement of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for CCO operations
Provide regular status updates and executive summaries to MDM Operations leadership on regional performance and risks
Gather, scrub, manipulate data to generate average to complex reports and analysis related to Part and Supplier requirement
Ensure predefined process is followed to ensure accuracy of information
Oversee task tracking sheet for CCO revision updates, ensuring updates provided timely by all cross‐functional teams
Maintain knowledge of products and parts
Minimum Qualifications
Intermediate MS Excel knowledge
Intermediate MS PowerPoint knowledge
Strong written and communication skills
Experience in using ERP systems
Intermediate knowledge and experience on Bill of Materials Management and Item Creation in ERP
Knowledge and experience in using Power BI
Demonstrated ability to manage remote/distributed teams across multiple sites
5-7 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or manufacturing environment
EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Related Field (Business, Engineering, etc.) or Equivalent Work Experience
Bilingual
