Time-Outs- Oversee the daily management and administration of the Maintenance Department.Production Technical:- Monitor equipment performance and production processes.- Assist in troubleshooting manufacturing issues and implementing corrective actions.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.- Support compliance with quality and safety standards.Requirements- Recent graduate or currently pursuing the final semester of an Engineering degree (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field).- Knowledge of Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA).- Knowledge of IATF 16949 is desirable.- Internship, co-op, or practical experience in a metal-mechanical or automotive manufacturing environment.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.- Upper-Intermediate English
