Role Description The English Teacher role at House of Learning is a full-time, on-site position based in Culiacán, SIN. The English Teacher will design and deliver engaging English lessons, prepare lesson plans aligned with curriculum goals, and adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs. Daily responsibilities include teaching classes, assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining accurate academic records. The teacher will also participate in staff meetings, contribute to curriculum development,



and collaborate with colleagues and families to support student success. Maintaining a positive, inclusive classroom environment and promoting active student participation are key aspects of this role.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong English Teaching and Teaching skills, with experience instructing learners at various levels.
- Candidates should possess effective Lesson Planning abilities and a solid foundation in Education principles.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for interaction with students, families, and colleagues.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field; teaching certification or equivalent credentials are preferred.
- Experience with modern teaching methodologies, classroom management, and learner-centered approaches.
- Ability to work on-site in Culiacán, SIN, and collaborate within a diverse, inclusive educational setting.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and digital tools to support instruction and assessment.
