Un Operador de producción en un taller aeronáutico se encarga de ejecutar la preparación, tratamiento superficial y acabado de componentes de aviación (como partes de turbinas) bajo estrictas normas de calidad internacionales. Esta posición opera maquinaria especializada para alterar y restaurar las propiedades físicas y mecánicas de las piezas.
Funciones Principales por Proceso
- Proceso de Plasma (Coating): Operar equipos de proyección térmica por plasma para aplicar recubrimientos especializados sobre componentes críticos.
- Blend (Mezcla y Rectificado): Realizar el pulido manual o mecánico de álabes y partes de motor para eliminar imperfecciones o daños menores sin alterar la geometría de ingeniería.
