The ideal candidate should possess advanced Excel skills and experience using Artificial Intelligence tools for process automation and operational efficiency.




Responsibilities General Accounting Perform the complete accounting cycle, ensuring accounting records comply with applicable Financial Reporting Standards.
Execute monthly and annual accounting close processes within established deadlines.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, including: Balance Sheet Income Statement Cash Flow Statement Perform bank reconciliations, account analyses, and coordinate internal and external audits.
Accounts Payable Manage and record vendor invoices.
Prepare weekly payment proposals, ensuring compliance with treasury policies and credit terms.
Monitor and record employee travel expense and per diem reimbursements.
Innovation and Operational Efficiency Identify automation opportunities within accounts payable, account reconciliations, and monthly reporting processes.
Implement and promote the use of Artificial Intelligence tools and emerging technologies to reduce manual processing time and improve data analysis accuracy.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
5 years of experience in full-cycle accounting positions, preferably within multinational or global organizations.
Advanced English proficiency with strong verbal and written communication skills to interact regularly with headquarters and prepare executive-level reports in English.
