To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Provides technical and operational support to users and organizational systems, ensuring the proper functioning and continuity of IT services.
Provides timely assistance and follow-up on incidents and service requests, tro
bleshooting issues related to hardware, software, connectivity, and applications.
Collaborates with internal teams and external vendors to ensure efficient resolution of technical issues and a positive user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to users both onsite and remotely.
Receive, diagnose, and follow up on IT incidents and service requests.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, peripheral, and connectivity issues.
Install, configure, maintain, and update computers, applications, and IT systems.
Manage and follow up on user accounts, access, and permissions.
Document incidents, solutions, and technical procedures.
Escalate complex issues to specialized teams or external vendors when required.
Provide IT support during the implementation of new systems, equipment,



and projects.
Ensure compliance with information security policies and procedures.
Maintain effective communication with users and provide customer-focused support.
Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities for IT equipment and infrastructure.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize IT processes and services.
