Descripción Del Puesto




Supervisar y coordinar las actividades de la línea de producción, preparar cronogramas, resolver problemas y asegura el cumplimiento de los estándares de seguridad y calidad.
Las Responsabilidades Pueden y No Se Limitan A
- Crear reportes y registros de procesos de producción, herramientas, problemas, desempeño e inventario; compartirlos con los gerentes y proporcionar sugerencias para mejorar la seguridad, productividad y calidad.
- Preparar, mantener y actualizar la documentación relacionada con los procedimientos operativos y los estándares de seguridad y calidad; asegurar que todos los procesos y productos cumplan con los estándares deseados de seguridad y calidad.
- Supervisar y dirigir las actividades diarias de los trabajadores de las líneas de producción, asignar tareas, asegurar la coordinación entre diferentes equipos, garantizar su seguridad y monitorear su desempeño.
