About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
Program Manager
to lead strategic customer programs and cross-functional project teams within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for overseeing new product introductions, transfers, and ongoing production programs while ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.
The idóneo candidate is a strong leader with proven experience in project management, customer relationship management, and manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional teams to successfully execute new product launches, transfers, and production programs.
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Coordinate and communicate project status, milestones, and action plans with internal and external stakeholders.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities for business growth.
Lead customer reviews and business performance meetings.
Support commercial activities including quotations, RFQs/RFPs, and business expansion initiatives.
Monitor operational performance metrics including production adherence, delivery performance, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Manage demand planning, purchase orders, inventory performance, and other customer-related operational requirements.




Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and profitability.
Ensure projects meet financial and operational objectives.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Operations, or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).
Preferred Knowledge & Skills
Project Management methodologies and tools.
Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strategic Planning.
Lean Manufacturing principles.
Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred).
Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
ISO ***** knowledge preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Customer relationship management experience.
Financial and operational business acumen.
