Job Description

- To assure a correct and efficient supply of raw material for production through the use of available tools and systems; make sure there is an effective communication channel with suppliers and stablish a control of stock levels, minimize the time flow of the items and related costs.
- Responsible of on time procurement of Raw material, using effectively our systems and having direct communication with suppliers and find the best solutions to optimize time, costs and resources.
- Set up and maintenance of Materials on SAP according to the plant demands.
- Work together with Customer Demand Planner on Ramp up / Phase out of programs.
- Daily follow up on Material shortage risk and over shipments from suppliers.
- Return Material Authorization.
- Observe Personal, Area & Company KPI's.
- Escalation on supplier delays to avoid impacts in production.
