Amedirh partner company is looking for a "SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER"

REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in leadership positions within Supply Chain Management, Planning, and Procurement in demanding industrial environments, including automotive, electronics, or contract manufacturing.
• Minimum 5 years of experience within EMS companies.
• Experience in the automotive industry preferred.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and SAP.
• Experience in data analysis and the design and implementation of effective KPIs.
• Experience in team leadership and development, including mentoring buyers and planners.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, communication, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Ability to assess processes, implement improvement plans, and manage supply chain disruptions under pressure.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Own the Production Plan derived from the monthly S&OP; process and sales forecast, and lead the implementation and optimization of S&OP; processes and VMI/CMI programs.




• Benchmark SCM processes against EMS industry standards and strengthen supply chain capabilities.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies, including supplier analysis and selection, technology direction, and pricing strategy.
• Lead strategic negotiations with key suppliers, including sourcing partners in Asia, to secure favorable pricing, payment terms, and advanced supply programs.
• Analyze pricing, market conditions, suppliers, customers, competitors, and long-term agreements to mitigate risks associated with electronic component prices.
• Identify cost-reduction opportunities and design KPIs, standard work, and dashboards to improve supply chain performance.
Requisitos:
-10+ years in Supply Chain, Planning and Procurement leadership.
-5+ years of experience within EMS companies.
-Experience in automotive, electronics or contract manufacturing.
-Proficiency with ERP systems and SAP.
-Strong negotiation, analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
-Experience leading and developing buyers and planners.
