Position Overview:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Plan Controller with 5+ years of experience and advanced English skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and controlling the costs associated with the company's manufacturing and operational processes.
This role requires a thorough understanding of cost accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.Key Responsibilities- :Analyze and review production costs, labour, and material expenses- .
Perform variance analysis and provide insights on cost-saving opportunities- .
Maintain and update the cost accounting system to ensure accuracy in costing data- .
Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and financial statements related to inventory and production costs- .
Support the budgeting and forecasting process by providing cost data and analysis- .
Work closely with operations, procurement, and finance teams to ensure proper cost allocation and efficiency- .
Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes,



including journal entries and reconciliations- .
Conduct regular reviews of cost accounting procedures and recommend improvements- .
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and financial regulations.Requirements- :Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field- .3+ years of experience in cost accounting or related roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting- .
Proficiency in cost accounting principles, financial reporting, and variance analysis- .
Advanced level of English (both written and spoken) with excellent communication skills- .
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail- .
Experience with ERP systems and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel- .
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams- .
Knowledge of standard costing methods and inventory management is a plus.
