This role ensures the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of WMS applications, particularly Blue Yonder/JDA solutions, while collaborating with general IT and business teams.Tasks and Responsibilities:Provide technical support for WMS applications, primarily Blue Yonder/JDA DispatcherManage and coordinate WMS infrastructure components (Oracle DB, Citrix, network, hardware)Troubleshoot and resolve incidents through ticketing systemsCollaborate with internal IT teams, logistics teams, and external vendorsSupport implementation and optimization of warehouse systemsAct as a technical consultant for WMS-related processes and solutionsEnsure system performance, stability,
