and drive improvements—while being fully accountable for delivering results.We are guided by RCoE principles such as:People First – we design processes with the employee experience in mindAuthentic Collaboration – we work as one team across countries and functionsCommitment to Excellence – going beyond the standard is part of our mindsetIf you enjoy working in a dynamic, multi-country environment, and thrive in roles that combine ownership, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement, this is the place for you.Key responsibilitiesAct as the primary point of contact between Epiroc and the external payroll vendor, ensuring smooth and accurate service deliveryCoordinate payroll inputs, validations, and outputs with the vendor to ensure timely and compliant payroll processingReview and validate payroll results, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with local regulationsEnsure adherence to labor laws, tax, and statutory requirements across countriesMaintain high standards of data quality, integrity, and confidentialityMonitor vendor performance and SLAs, identifying and addressing any deviationsSupport payroll systems and processes, including implementations, enhancements, and automation initiativesResolve employee and manager inquiries, providing a high-quality service experienceIdentify and drive process improvements, standardization, and efficienciesCollaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure alignment under the OneHR approachWhat we are looking forBachelor's degree in Accounting, HR, Business Administration, or related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in payroll roles, preferably with vendor-managed payroll modelsStrong understanding of payroll processes, compliance,
