- Manage the Procure-to-Pay process for indirect materials
- Execute procurement processes, including RFP preparation, supplier negotiations, cost analysis, and purchase order management
- Respond to client inquiries regarding order status, changes, or cancellations
- Manage sourcing activities to procure goods, materials, supplies, and services
- Monitor supplier performance and contract compliance, resolving delays, shortages, or quality issues
- Prepare and analyze price proposals, financial reports, and procurement data
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to drive cost-effective procurement solutions
- Maintain compliance with company policies and contribute to continuous process improvements

Requirements
- University Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field with at least 3 years of experience




- Minimum 3 years of experience with SAP procurement software or similar ERP systems in a supply chain or procurement environment, including Oracle, Epicor, People Soft, APEX or PRISM
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing end-to-end procurement processes, including RFPs, supplier negotiations, and contract oversight
- Advanced proficiency in English
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate fluently and professionally in written and spoken English
- Experience analyzing supplier performance, ensuring contract compliance, and resolving delivery issues
- Experience with SAP procurement functions, MRP, Business Warehouse, or Business Objects
- Familiarity with Lean principles and their application in procurement and supply chain processes
- Knowledge of contractual terms and conditions, with a focus on ensuring compliance
