Your responsibilities
1. Deployment Leadership • Lead deployment activities for designated waves, regions, or business units.
• Develop and execute deployment plans aligned with overall transformation milestones.
• Ensure readiness across people, process, data, technology, and governance dimensions.
• Monitor progress, risks, dependencies, and issue resolution.
2. Stakeholder Management • Build strong relationships with business leaders, functional teams, and local planning organizations.
• Act as primary point of contact between the Central Planning Hub program team and deployment stakeholders.
• Facilitate decision-making and escalation management.
• Drive alignment on deployment priorities and timelines.
3. Planning Process Standardization • Implement standardized E2E Planning and IBP processes.
• Ensure adoption of general planning frameworks, governance, and KPIs.
• Identify local process gaps and manage approved deviations.
• Promote best practices and continuous improvement opportunities.
