Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance billing efficiency, accuracy, and overall service quality.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field ~0-2 years of experience in Billing, Accounts Receivable, Order-to-Cash (OTC), or customer-facing administrative functions.
~ High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
~ Advanced English proficiency ~ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
~ Experience working with SAP and invoicing-related processes.
