You will be responsible for developing and managing production schedules that align with customer demand, inventory targets, and resource availability. This position requires strategic thinking, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, purchasing, and operations. Your efforts will ensure the seamless and timely execution of production activities while driving operational excellence and supporting business objectives.Key Responsibilities Production Planning Oversight : Create and manage production schedules to ensure efficient manufacturing operations, aligning with customer demand and resource availability.Performance Tracking : Monitor and report key metrics such as OTP, PLT, order dating, late backlog to ensure schedule attainment and achieve target goals.Capacity and Scheduling Management : Work closely with the operations team and the planning team to align capacity plans to customer needs.Collaboration and Issue Resolution : Collaborate with regional and general teams, purchasing, operations, and engineering teams to address supply-demand gaps, backorders, and unexpected production changes.SAP Expertise : Wide experience in planning transactions to support production orders management.Process Improvement : Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste in production planning processes.Reporting and Analysis : Generate and analyze reports on production adherence, capacity, and utilization to identify opportunities for operational improvement.Cross-Regional Collaboration :
