and coordinating with the comms team around regional industry moments.- Help translate general plans into local plans and strategies, ensuring relevance and resonance for sp-LATAM audiences.What we're looking for:- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, ideally with exposure to one or more of the following markets: Mexico, Chile, Colombia, and/or Argentina.- Basic understanding of market needs and norms in Spanish-speaking LATAM.- Fluency in written and spoken Spanish and English is required.- Some exposure to B2B or business marketing is a plus.- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to support multiple projects simultaneously with manager guidance.- Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.- Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute both independently and as part of a team.- Growth mindset and willingness to take on a variety of tasks with enthusiasm.- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as marketing, or equivalent work experience.Relocation Statement:- This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.
