Supply Chain is a customer-focused Center of Excellence providing industry-leading service while delivering differential value to the business, today and into the future.
We separate our Supply Chain functions into several areas; these include Asset management, Inventory Planning, Customer Service, Logistics and Integrated Business Processes management (IBP).
In this contributing role, you will be responsible for leading and motivating all these different areas to provide excellent service in a manner that is efficient and cost effective. This position will support the North America (US and Mexico) and Brazil APS businesses, our compounding operations within LYB. This position is part of the leadership team of the Americas which include the Business Directors and other Functional Directors and therefore, the role also consist on collaborating with the Leadership team to achieve the Goals for the Americas Region.
