Responsibilities
Handle
inbound calls
related to auto
insurance inquiries.
Connect customers
with the appropriate service through
warm transfers.
Overcome objections to
successfully complete customer interactions.
Follow
approved scripts and procedures
to ensure accuracy and service quality.
Participate in team
initiatives and continuous improvement
efforts.
Provide
feedback and recommendations
to improve processes and
customer experience.
Requirements:
1 year of
sales experience
preferably in a
call center
environment
Strong English skills
(B2 level or higher),
