Supply Chain System Analyst is responsible for helping to analyze and bridge the gap between our global supply chain operations and our IT infrastructure. Role Summary
Supply Chain System Analyst is responsible for helping to analyze and bridge the gap between our global supply chain operations and our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate is a person who has extensive experience in the Plan to Pay (P2P) lifecycle including SIOP, Materials Planning, PFEP, Sourcing and Procurement workflows.
The candidate will assist in the development and creation of an efficient Supply Chain systems architecture, ensuring that our technology stacks (ERP, SAP IBP, Ariba SRM and AI-driven tools) align with our supply chain business processes.
The candidate should be a tech-forward professional who is not only comfortable with traditional project management processes and tools but also actively exploring Generative AI and learning the use of AI driven models for supply chain focused workflows.
RESPONSIBILITY
- Process Optimization
- Analyze and map complex “As-Is” and “To-Be” supply chain process, focusing on Planning, Sourcing, Procurement and Procurement Management cycles.
- Develop cases and functional specifications.
- Data translation
- Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications for IT development teams, ensuring solutions are scalable and robust.
- Systems Advocacy
- Functional system analyst for supply chain IT systems (S4 HANA, Oracle, SAP IBP, Ariba Sourcing, Contracts, and AI driven tools) ensuring data integrity and systems health.
- AI Integration
- Research and implement AI/Machine Learning use cases for sourcing, procurement, supplier management and supplier risk management.
- Project Management
- Project manage cross-functional projects using agile or waterfall
