Customer Field Services Role Overview

As the senior Labor Customer Field Services (CFS) individual contributor in the General Indirect Procurement organization, you will:
- Architect and lead high-impact CFS category strategies that align with HP’s business objectives.
- Responsible for managing the three Labor CFS Commodity Codes: Break & Fix Services, Installation Services, and Onsite Device Support.
- Influence and engage with executive stakeholders to drive CFS strategic sourcing decisions and optimize cost structures across HP’s business units.
- Serve as a senior negotiator in CFS high-visibility supplier engagements,



securing competitive advantages and fostering innovation.
- Partner cross-functionally with legal, finance, operations, and global category management teams to enable seamless and compliant execution.
- Analyze market trends and business intelligence to inform long‑term CFS sourcing strategies and uncover areas for growth, efficiency, and risk mitigation.
