The Role
They’re looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to maintain accurate financial records and support financial reporting across a portfolio of North American clients.
This role goes beyond transactional bookkeeping. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of financial records, reviewing the work of bookkeepers, supporting financial reporting and analysis, and gradually taking on more client-facing responsibilities.
The idóneo candidate is comfortable working with multiple businesses simultaneously, has previous experience with U.S. or Canadian companies, and enjoys working in startup and small-business environments.
What You'll Do
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records across multiple client accounts.
- Process accounts payable and receivables.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements.
- Manage general ledger accounts.
- Assist with payroll processing.
